This winter our featured artist at Harbour Grill is photographer John Westergard! John Westergard is a professional photographer who has been in the art business for nearly 30 years. In 1986, John opened Direct Art Inc., an art and framing gallery in Prince George, British Columbia, which he continues to operate today. In 2014, John took ownership of Pier Street Gallery in Campbell River, British Columbia.
